Healy Asphalt Company LLC / Arrow Road Construction Co. regular service area boundaries are: Ogden Ave on the south, Lake Michigan on the east, Route 23 on the west and Route 120 on the north. Call with any special requests or situations! Delivery rates apply Monday thru Friday 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Time and one -half will be charged (at an additional rate of $20.00 per hour) for the driver's time if application hours vary.

Notes:
  1. Listed prices do not include Illinois Sales Tax (10% for Mount Prospect and 7% for Carpentersville and Algonquin).
  2. Terms are net 30 days. An interest charge of 1.5% per month, 18% per annum, will be charged on any unpaid balance 30 days after invoices as well as attorneys fees and expenses for collection.
  3. Quality Control services are not included in mix prices.
  4. All prices are F.O.B. plant location.
  5. All customers must supply job name and address to the dispatcher before pick-up or dumping at any location.
